Rules and conditions for booking at Camp Holiday

1. Introduction
Welcome to Camp Holiday. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website campholiday.eu and all related services provided by TERMORAD d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- •Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- •Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
- •Maintain the security of your user account
- •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. User Accounts
When creating a user account, you are responsible for:
- •Keeping your password confidential
- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Reservation Conditions
5.1 Booking Process
When booking / checking in at the reception center, you need to define the day of departure. In case of late arrival and/or early departure during the stay, we reserve the right to charge the total reservation.
5.2 Reservation Fee (Deposit)
You guarantee your stay by paying the reservation fee:
- €66.00 per reservation for tents/campers (tax included)
- €150.00 per reservation for glamping tents (tax included)
The reservation fee must be paid within 7 (working) days after receiving the confirmation and the booking confirmation number must be indicated on the payment slip. The reservation fee will be included in the final price of the stay.
5.3 Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in
From 12:00 for tents/campers
From 14:00 for glamping
Check-out
By 12:00 for tents/campers
By 10:00 for glamping
Please inform the reservation center in case of late arrival, or we will not be able to guarantee the booked stay.
5.4 Payment Methods
Payment upon arrival is possible:
- •By cash in EUR
- •By credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

6. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Up to 20 days prior to arrival. The paid reservation fee will be returned within a few working days.
Refund Information
When returning the reservation fee, the guest must provide the following information: full name of the person who made the payment, address, bank name, IBAN and SWIFT code.
No-show
In case of non-arrival without prior cancellation or cancellation after the deadline, the deposit will not be returned.
7. Force Majeure
In case of an involuntary departure caused by fire, earthquake, epidemic or other natural disaster, you will not be charged for the rest of the booked stay. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Glamping Specific Terms
Included in glamping accommodation:
- Equipped kitchen
- Towels and bedding
- Safe
- Parking space
Inventory Check
Control of the glamping tent inventory is carried out on the day of your departure, and any damage/alienation of the inventory is subject to monetary sanctions. Please keep the glamping tents clean and tidy and leave them in the same condition in which you found them.
9. Pets
Pets are welcome in our camp, and their stay is charged according to the valid price list. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and must keep them under supervision at all times.
10. Additional Services
All additional services used in the camp that were not calculated at the time of reservation (extra car, refrigerator, washing machine, clothes dryer, etc.) will be calculated later at check-out according to the camp's price list.
11. Limitation of Liability
Camp Holiday is not liable for:
- •Loss or theft of personal belongings
- •Damage to guests' vehicles or equipment
- •Injuries caused by guest negligence
- •Service interruptions due to force majeure
We recommend guests insure their valuables and obtain travel insurance.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TERMORAD d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without prior written permission is not permitted.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after posting changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
